Six Tips To Avoid Exhaustion And Thirst During Fasting on Ramadan - Holdinn.com

In this year, Ramadan has came in summer season especially in June and July in which the temperature in the northern half of Earth is heightened and hours of fasting increasing to be nearly 17 hours and those who are fasting may feel exhausted and thirsty during such long hours six-tips-to-avoid-exhaustion-and-thirst-during-fasting

yet you may decrease exhaustion and thirst by following and applying these tips:
  1. Starting Iftar with dates: the person who is fasting needs a sort of food that contains carbohydrates to decrease hunger as equal as he is in need to water to decrease thirst and by starting with water and dates these two goals can be achieved.
  2. Paying attention to healthy and complete food: pay attention that you make your food varys and get sure that contains all nutritional elements; for instance, vegetables is highly important because it is rich of fibers and gives a feeling of satisfaction.

Dividing Iftar into segments: you should start it with dates and water to send a signal to stomach to wake up then performing prayer because in this time stomach starts absorbing carbohydrates and water and the feeling of thirst and hunger gradually diminishes. After prayer, you can resume your Iftar which help you to avoid filling your stomach with large amount of food at once; it causes digestion problems.
  4. Avoid eating too much fats and sweets because they have bad side effects on weight and cause diseases such as blood pressure or diabetes.
  5. Taking Suhoor meal: taking your Suhoor protects you from exhaustion and headache during day and decreases the feeling of severe thirst. Messenger of Allah -pbuh- guided to delay Suhoor by saying: “The people will remain on the right path as long as they hasten the Iftar (breaking the fast) and delay taking Suhoor.” It is better that Suhoor meal contains nutritional elements to make easy digestion like: yogurt, honey, fruit, and others.

The Islamic Holy Month of Ramadan 2015 Starts on Thursday in Saudi Arabia



The Moon-Sighting Committee has Official Announced. Ramadan 2015 Fasting will Begin on Thursday. A Wednesday would be the last day of the Hijri month of shaban of 1436 H,and Then Start or First Day of Ramadan on Thursday Official Statement Passed at Official Committee of Moon Sighting said by Justice Minister Sultan Bin Saeed AL Badi.

The Private Sector Worker will have two Hours Their Daily During work. Employees on Enterprises institutions and Private Sector Companies, They Will Reduced Work Hours Without any Impact on Wages on Ramadan 2015. it was Official Announced on Monday.
